• Account information: username, password (stored hashed), and account role.
• Identity verification data: for Creators, government ID and related information submitted during age/identity verification, stored in our self-hosted privacy vault, separate from regular application data.
• Content & transaction data: files you upload or purchase, prices, and purchase history.
• Payment data: cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction identifiers (XRP Ledger / Lightning Network) needed to process payments and payouts. We do not collect or store credit card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and provide the Platform's features;
• To verify the age and identity of Creators, as required by law and our Terms of Service;
• To process purchases and route payouts to Creators;
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Identity Verification Data

Identity documents and related personal information submitted for Creator verification are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled vault separate from our main application database. Access to this data is restricted to what is necessary for verification, compliance, and legal record-keeping (including 2257-style record-keeping requirements for adult content platforms).

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

When you pay with XRP (via Xaman/XUMM) or Bitcoin Lightning, the transaction is recorded on the relevant public ledger. We store the wallet addresses and transaction identifiers associated with your purchases and payouts in order to verify payment and resolve disputes. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of the XRP Ledger, Lightning Network, or third-party wallet apps (such as Xaman) you use to transact.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers that help us operate the Platform (e.g., hosting, storage);
• With payment networks as necessary to process transactions;
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Platform, our users, or the public;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection of your data under this policy or a materially similar one.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, transaction, and verification records for as long as your account is active and for the additional period required by applicable law (including record-keeping requirements for adult content platforms). You may request deletion of your account, but we may be required to retain certain records as described above.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@nuttbuster.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution as described above.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
