Please read these terms carefully before using Nutt.

1. Eligibility — Adults Only

Nutt ("the Platform") is an online marketplace for digital content, including content of an explicit adult nature. By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you reside. Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Creator Verification

Users who wish to sell content on the Platform ("Creators") must complete an identity verification process before publishing. By submitting to verification, Creators represent that any identification documents and information provided are genuine, accurate, and belong to them.

4. Content & Records

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload. By uploading content, Creators represent and warrant that:

  • They own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to publish and sell the content;
  • Every person depicted in the content was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced;
  • They retain records as required by applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and similar regulations, where applicable) verifying the age and consent of all depicted persons, and will produce such records to the Platform upon request;
  • The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and was not produced or distributed without the consent of everyone depicted.

The Platform reserves the right to remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion — including content that is illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or that we cannot verify complies with the above.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Content depicting or appearing to depict anyone under 18;
  • Non-consensual content, including content shared without the consent of everyone depicted;
  • Content involving violence, coercion, bestiality, or incest;
  • Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation of identity;
  • Attempts to circumvent payment, age verification, or content protection systems.

6. Payments, Pricing & Revenue Share

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and settled via supported cryptocurrency payment methods (currently XRP via Xaman/XUMM, and Bitcoin Lightning). When a buyer purchases content, payment is split automatically between the Creator, the Platform operator, and the Platform's payment processing/development costs, per the percentages disclosed in the Platform's configuration at the time of sale.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. The Platform is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, lost wallet credentials, or network fees.

7. No Refunds

All purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered or made accessible to the buyer, except where required by law or where the Platform determines, at its discretion, that a transaction was made in error or in violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Purchasing content grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for personal use. Buyers may not redistribute, resell, publicly display, or otherwise share purchased content without the Creator's permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform does not guarantee uptime, availability, or that content will remain accessible indefinitely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses related to cryptocurrency transactions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
