Account Issues
If you're having trouble logging in, verifying your identity, or accessing your account, email support@nuttbuster.com with your username and a description of the issue.
Payments & Purchases
Nutt accepts payment via XRP (using the Xaman/XUMM wallet app) and Bitcoin Lightning. If a payment was deducted from your wallet but your purchase did not unlock, or if a payout to a creator did not arrive, contact support with your transaction hash and the approximate time of the transaction so we can investigate.
All sales of digital content are final. See our Terms of Service for details on refunds.
Reporting Content
If you believe content on Nutt violates our Terms of Service, was posted without the rights holder's consent, or depicts a minor, report it immediately to abuse@nuttbuster.com with a link or description of the content. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material are removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

Creator Accounts
Creators must complete identity verification before publishing content. If your verification is stuck or was rejected and you believe that's in error, email support@nuttbuster.com with your account details.
